Delphine ran fine-dining kitchens in Manhattan for a decade before opening Madcap to cook the food she actually likes to eat. The burger, the mac and cheese and the all-week brunch are hers.
Rafael Okonkwo
Bar Director
Rafael keeps the taps honest and the cocktail list short and well made. He built the Other Half program and named the Smoke on the Water after a slow Tuesday that got away from him.

Nora runs the floor and knows most of the room by name. A Carroll Gardens lifer, she is the reason the neighborhood table feels like one.
