Weekend Brunch, the Madcap Way

Brunch is a Brooklyn institution, and like most institutions it is better when it is not a battle. That is why we serve brunch on weekdays too, so you do not have to lose a Saturday morning to a line to get your eggs and your mimosa.

On the weekend board we lean into the classics done properly: a benedict with hollandaise we make to order, challah french toast, the shakshuka that quietly became a regular order, and of course the burger for the brunch contrarians. There are bottomless mimosas and an Aperol spritz for the patient among us.

My one tip: come a little early or a little late. The middle of the morning is lovely and loud. The edges are when the room feels most like ours. Either way, there is a seat for you.
